Hemp Protein Porridge

Simply add 30g of HEMP Natural Protein
Powder Original or Vanilla to your Porridge, adding Fruit and Cinnamon to taste.

Fruit & Yoghurt Delight

Simply add 30g of HEMP Natural Protein
Powder Original or Vanilla to a serving of Yoghurt and Berries.

Protein Smoothie

Blend 30g of HEMP Natural Protein Powder Original or Vanilla with 1 Bananas, 75g of Berries, 180ml of Yoghurt and Orange Juice.

Charlie's Delicious Hemp Shake

Charlie from Charlie's Raw Treats sent us this one. It is definitely our current favourite!

250ml (1 glass) of Soya Milk/ Rice Milk
1 tbsp of Hemp Natural Protein
1 tbsp of ground flax seed (optional)
1 frozen banana
1/2 tsp ground cinammon
1 tbsp agave nectar

PREPARATION: Blend in a High Speed Blender / Smoothie Maker until smooth. Serves 2 or 1 hungry person!

No Bake Protein Bar

5 tbsp natural peanut butter (chunky or smooth)
100g dry oat meal
100g oat flour (double the dry oats if you do not have oat flour)
6 scoops Hemp Natural protein
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
125ml milk (dairy, soy, almond or hemp)
125ml water

PREPARATION: Spray an 20cm/20cm baking dish with oil. Combine dry ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix well. Add peanut butter and mix - the mixture will be crumbly and dry. Add water & vanilla. Spread dough into pan using a clean wooden spoon or spatula that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Refrigerate a few hours (or freeze for an hour) and cut into 9 squares. Store in covered container between sheets of wax paper. Keep refrigerated.

Breakfast Hemp Smoothie

1 banana 200g of raspberries, blueberries or strawberries
100g of cashew yogurt or cashew milk
200ml water
2 scoops of Hemp Natural protein powder
Optional: 1-2 tsps organic raw agave nectar

PREPARATION: Blend ingredients together thoroughly. Makes enough for 2 large glasses.

Hemp & Peanut Butter Smoothie

100ml of soya milk
2 scoops of Hemp Natural Protein Powder
75g creamy peanut butter
2 bananas - frozen
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup

PREPARATION: Blend ingredients together thoroughly. Makes 1 large smoothie.

Vanilla/Orange Breakfast Juice


2 scoops of Hemp Natural Vanilla Protein Powder
80ml cold water
7 medium sized ice cubes
50ml orange juice

PREPARATION: Blend until smooth and serve. Makes 1 large smoothie.

Oaty Hemp Smoothie

60g oats (cooked in water)
200g berries, frozen
2 scoops Vanilla Hemp Natural Protein Powder
100ml water

PREPARATION: Blend together until smooth, Makes 2 smoothies.

Fruit Cooler

1 scoop Hemp Natural Protein Power
180ml unsweetened fruit juice such as orange, cranberry or pineapple
4-6 ice cubes

PREPARATION: Blend until smooth. Makes 1 large cooler

Orange Blossom Cooler

1 scoop Hemp Natural Protein Powder
1/2 tsp orange extract
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
150ml milk (dairy, soy, almond or hemp)
4-6 ice cubes

PREPARATION: Blend until smooth. Makes 1 cooler.

Walnut Choc Cooler

2 scoops of Hemp Natural Protein Powder
1/2 tsp chocolate extract
1/2 tsp walnut extract (for a crunchy version use 50g of real walnuts)
250ml milk (dairy, soy, almond or hemp)
4-6 ices cubes

PREPARATION: Blend until smooth. Makes 2 coolers.

Hemp & Peach Shake

2 scoops of Hemp Natural Protein Powder
1/2 fresh peach
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp raspberry extract
250ml milk (dairy, soy, almond or hemp)
4-6 ice cubes

PREPARATION: Blend until smooth. Makes 2 shakes.

1 Second Wonder

150ml Apple Juice
